Do you deliver anywhere in the UK and Ireland?
Yes. We work with a selection of trusted carriers whom we consider to be among the best in the UK, allowing us to provide a frequent and reliable delivery service throughout the UK and Ireland.

How much is delivery?
Delivery costs vary based on your location and the volume of goods ordered. For an accurate delivery price, please enter your delivery postcode at checkout. Prices may differ depending on product quantity and delivery area.

Do you deliver overseas?
Yes. We ship to most countries worldwide and are proud to serve customers across the globe.

Do you deliver on Saturdays?
At this time, we do not offer Saturday delivery.

How do I place an order?
All orders must be placed online.

What happens after I place my order?
You will receive an immediate email receipt confirming your order and payment. Goods are dispatched within 5–8 working days. Once your order has been shipped, we will send a dispatch confirmation along with your tracking number.

Can I add or remove items after placing my order?
Unfortunately, no. Once an order is received, it goes straight into production. As all items are custom-made, we are unable to amend orders once they enter production.

Can I cancel my order?
As all products are handmade to order, cancellations are not possible.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on production schedules. Typically, items are dispatched 5–7 days after ordering.

What is your returns policy?
We accept returns and offer refunds only for goods that are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose. We do not accept returns due to a change of mind.

Are your prices inclusive of VAT?
Yes, all displayed prices include VAT.

Do you offer a gift-wrapping service?
No, we do not currently offer gift wrapping.

Do you price match?
No, we do not offer price matching on any products or services.
